With my son and new daughter-in-law having had to re-schedule their wedding date twice before in 2020, choosing 907 Main was like it was meant to be. Everyone from Catherine at the Front Desk offering to deliver our guests gift bags for us to Liz setting up the gorgeous private dinner table were so accommodating, as were the wait staff and bartenders too! Not to mention what a beautiful job they did setting up the rooftop wedding ceremony itself - simply spectacular and breathtaking! Thank you to all at 907 for ALL you did for making N & J's wedding one we will always remember now with a smile! Mrs. B.
Travelzoo books many trips from 3rd party vendors. Thus, they may play the blame game. They do not stand behind products on the site. I have attempted to get a refund for a hotel room purchased on the site. Advertisement was false. Pictures posted were not representative of the hotel. They give unverified pictures and when you arrive, it is not as advertised. Perfect bait and switch. This wonderful advertisement show a beautiful room and location. When we arrived, windows were broken, rooms were dirty and unsafe. My son was hit in the head when the shower fell on him. Advertised as close to the sites, the had to take 2 busses. Feeling stranded in Europe, we had to find an alternate hotel on our own. My daughter's dream graduation gift ruined. Still waiting on an apology and refund. Buyer beware!

Super day. Excellent from beginning to end.
The alpacas were adorable and very well groomed especially the funky hair dos.
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful setting.
Travelzoo is our preferred holiday partner as there is no quibble if you can't go. They refund straight away. Unlike Secret Escapes where you need a crystal ball if anything unforseen happens. You won't get a refund if it's under 8 days before arrival. Keep it up Travelzoo, we need that flexibility in these testing times.
We redeemed our Travel Zoo voucher at Hintlesham Hall for a 3 course meal including a glass of Prosecco and canapés to start. We chose our three courses from a Travel Zoo menu. Everything we had was excellent and the service was exceptional in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this deal and shall look out for it again in the future.
Super value and really superb dining experience at the hotel
The check in process was done efficiently and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was spacious with a pleasant view. It was very clean and when we asked for more tea and biscuits they were brought to the room in abundance!
The hotel, like many at the moment, was understaffed and our evening meal was very good but slow service.
All the staff were very friendly, they remembered our name and room number when we ordered a drink or came to the dining room.
It was in a good location for exploring the Chilterns and the deal was excellent value for money.
This is a 3 star hotel. Room clean and comfy bed very small tv . Food in restaurant good.
We were very happy with the deal at Keswick Country House. It's a hotel we love and the 2-night offer was a very good price (including extras - bottle of wine and tea & scones). Please keep doing it !
Very informative talk about the vines and how the sparkling wines are made followed by a superb lunch and tasting. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
What better way to spend a sunny summer lunchtime than enjoying a lovely Afternoon Tea with a view of the attractive and well tended gardens? The food and tea were delicious and amounted to a substantial meal. We rounded off an excellent experience with a turn round the gardens. All at a reasonable cost. Thank you Travelzoo!
Lovely break staff very helpful and friendly situated in a beautiful village. Food was good overall in these difficult times very good value for money
We were given a Travelzoo voucher for our anniversary in 2020, but Covid 19 prevented us from using it. It was easy to contact Travelzoo and obtain an extension, which they subsequently extended twice more - without us needing to ask. So the service was very good.
Cancelled on line and did not get my refund. Now they will not refund. Can not use credit as the government as put a lock down on BC. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU CAN GO FIR SURE AND YOU THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PUT A LOCK DOWN ON TRAVEL. TRAVEL ZOO THE WORST COSTOMER SERVICE.
